Daniel Woolston, JD

Daniel was born in Houston, Texas and raised in Sugar Land, Texas. After receiving his degree in Political Science and Communications at Brigham Young University, he attended the Sandra Day O'Connor Law School at Arizona State University. During law school, he met the love of his life, Brooke.

After graduation, Daniel was a full-time Deputy County Attorney for Yavapai County for two years. He prosecuted cases from drug sales and sexual assault cases to DUIs and domestic violence.

Daniel spent the next seven years as a consumer advocacy attorney for Lexington Law. He helped clients leverage their rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act to fight companies who damaged clients' credit reports. Daniel continued as a part-time criminal prosecutor for a small Arizona town during that time.

Since forming Woolston Law, Daniel uses his varied experience to help clients start companies, sell companies, and navigate the often confusing world in between. Daniel and Brooke have 4 children, all of whom are perfectly kind, respectful, and obedient all the time.
